ABOUT JAY
Retired Lieutenant Jay Thornton served 28 ½ years with the DC Metropolitan Police Department. During those years, he was a Supervisor for 19 years and worked in the Criminal Investigation Division and Intelligence Division for 17 years. In his role, he supervised personnel for Presidential movements and dignitary protection. Jay has extensive experience in surveillance, counter-surveillance, internet investigation, financial crime, narcotics, and violent crime.

As the founder of Elohim Investigation Services (EIS), Jay leads a team that provides investigative services for law firms, as well as protective services for dignitaries, corporate executives, celebrities, and media.

EIS is fully licensed and insured in DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
